Dealing with Customer Complaints
Based on article 6 section 3 of the “Act on Providing Services in Tourism” („Narodne novine“, no. 130/17) the customer has the right to file a written complaint at the business office of the Tourist Agency Alta Maris.
We will respond to the written complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint on your contact address.
